Dr. Zahra has a PhD in “Nutrition and Food Sciences” with a minor in “Nutrition, Metabolism and Genetics”. She has completed her postdoctoral training at Cedars Sinai “Diabetes and Obesity Research Institute”, in Beverly Hills and “and “UCLA Center for Human Nutrition” in Los Angeles. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a member of College of Dietitians of British Columbia (CDBC), Dietitians of Canada, and US Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
